Jenny Zhou is responsible for product strategy, technical and marketing for the China market, she is no stranger to the China Broadcast, Industrial and Building Automation market. Having spent more than 10 years as a Product Manager for Belden, she has built herself a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry which is highly regarded.
She has personally help support a number of prominent projects in China, like the recent 2008 Beijing Olympics, SECO Industrial Campus in Shanghai, Beijing TV & China Central TV.

Mao Liang
Training Manager - Enterprise
Mao Liang has professional experience over the past 10 years and has been exclusively in structured cable engineering, data center and server room design, and systems migration management.
He has involved in numerous projects in the financial, healthcare, education & governemnt sectors, work closely with many consultants, system integrators & architects on the designing of physical layer.
Recently he has move into a new role of overseeing a team in developing product solutions for various vertical markets such as Hospital, Airports, Finance/banking, Power T&D, Subway/ Railway, Clean Energy and Oil/Gas. His team will also support the respective Product Managers on the product management and continue to act as a technical support pool to be involved in training and seminar delivery, provide on site support for our end user and design institutes in case the resources or competencies of field technical support under each region are not available. |

Since 2005 he has been teaching with the University of NSW – Australian School of Business – in Technology and Innovation in respect to successful product development from R&D to Innovation to Commercial Success. In particular how technology and Innovation can relate to and assist organization strategy. Furthermore has taught with the MBT Program in Information Technology.

Jim is in his 10th year of tenure with Belden Australia. He joined the Belden Team in Dec of 2000 after completing a Degree in Electrical Engineering at RMIT University.
After holding various positions within Belden including Engineering / Manufacturing, Technical Support and Sales, Jim is currently responsible for the AV / Broadcast and Traffic Markets for AU/NZ. With a primary focus on AV / Broadcast he has strong relationships with the major Broadcasters in Australia and also various Consultants.

Jude Rajesh, RCDD
Vertical Manager - Infrastructure
Jude Rajesh (RCDD) has more than 10 years in the telecommunications industry, he is currently the Vertical Manager Infrastructure at Belden India Pvt. Ltd.
Jude is a qualified engineer and holds Bachelor Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, he is responsible for the design and development of IT cabling requirement for public transport infrastructures like Airport and Railways. In addition he look after the implementation of comprehensive training programs for the full range of Belden products.
He's currently overseeing the Delhi International Airport –T 3 project poised to be the world’s sixth-largest in terms of capacity, T3 would increase the capacity of IGIA to 60 million passengers annually, from 23 million after it starts commercial operation in July 2010.

Paul Kish
Director - Systems and Standards
Paul Kish is Director, Systems and Standards, for Belden. Paul is a key contributor to the development of cabling standards since 1989 with TIA, CSA, ISO/IEC and IEEE. He served as both Chair and Vice Chair of TR 42 Engineering Committee on User Premises Telecommunications Cabling of TIA. Paul Kish also serves on the BICSI Technical Information & Methods Committee.
Paul has authored many technical papers that have been published in various industry magazines and technical conferences. He has presented seminars at BICSI and other industry forums to promote cabling standards and the need for higher performance cabling. In 2006 he received the Harry J. Pfister Award for Excellence in the Telecommunications Industry, a "lifetime achievement" award given annually by BICSI.

Steve Lampen

Steve Lampen has been with Belden for 19 years and currently is Multimedia Technology Manager and Product Line Manager for Entertainment Products. He has an FCC Lifetime General License (formerly an FCC First Phone License) and is a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer. His latest book “The Audio-Video Cable Installer’s Pocket Guide” is published by McGraw-Hill.

He is currently a Product Line Manager for the industrial market in the Americas. He has primary responsibility to identify and develop business opportunities and new products within the market segment. He is engaged with a number of industrial trade organizations within the automation sector.

Dixon Tan (RCDD), has been in the telecommunications industry for 13 years. Presently, he is the Technical Competency Development Manager for Belden, Asia Pacific.
Dixon is a member of BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Service International), a telecommunications association. He is also a panel member to the development of BICSI Telecommunication Dictionary, 2nd edition 2002.
