TECHNICAL COMPETENCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (TCDP)

TCDP has 3 stages

GREEN BELT 

• Understand all aspects of wire & cable.
• Learn about basic electrical, coax and multi-conductor cables including different types of inner conductors, insulation’s, shielding technology and jackets.
• Learn about Belden unique cable design, features & benefits
• Learn and explore various Belden resources & tools to find Belden products & technical information

BLACK BELT

Focusing on each Products Verticals (Industrial, Networking, Sound/Security & Audio Video) 

• Understand all market segments
• Learn about the fundamentals & applications of the systems
• Study the various Belden products function and usage

CERTIFIED SYSTEM VENDORS (CSV)

All Belden IBDN courses are offered to Certified System Vendors (CSVs) and Distributors. Some courses are open to consultants, end-users, telecom contractors, electricians and engineers. 

 IBDN 201/202 - IBDN Project Management for IBDN including IBDN System Audit (2 days)

Develop the skills to recognize the scale of the project and therefore be prepared to put an efficient work plan in place in order to deliver the project on time.

Gain an understanding of the IBDN System design and installation requirements as related to the IBDN Certification Program.

Learn how to conduct and write audit reports.

IBDN 305 - Introduction to Belden and the IBDN Structured Cabling System (1 day)

An overview of Belden as a leader in telecommunications. Acquire an overall picture of the Belden’s IBDN Systems and products.

Gain the ability to design the IBDN Structured Cabling System.
